This Refund Policy applies to all GISOwl purchases, including subscriptions and credit packs. GISOwl is operated by GISOwl Limited, 303, 4 Ivan Turgenev Street, Tbilisi, 0102, Georgia.
Orders are processed by our online reseller, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds.
If you are not satisfied with GISOwl, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it is your first payment or a renewal, on a monthly or an annual plan. You do not need to give a reason.
Email us at hello@gisowl.com from the email address you used to purchase, and include the order number from your receipt.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@gisowl.com. After you cancel, you will not be charged again and you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
The free plan and free trials do not require payment, so there is nothing to refund. Try GISOwl for free before you buy to make sure it fits your needs.
If we discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription fees, as described in our Terms of Service.
This policy does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
