# Billing

GISOwl offers flexible plans for individuals, teams, and enterprises.

## Plans

| Scale | Custom | Custom | Large organizations that need dedicated infrastructure |

## Upgrading

Navigate to **Settings > Billing** and select a plan. Upgrades take effect immediately.

## Payment Methods

Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all GISOwl orders. Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards and other local payment methods, and calculates any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. For invoicing on the Scale plan, contact [hello@gisowl.com](mailto:hello@gisowl.com).

## Annual Discount

Annual billing saves 17% on Starter and 19% on Growth compared to monthly billing.

## Cancellation

You can downgrade or cancel at any time from **Settings > Billing**. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. When you downgrade, your data and maps remain accessible in read-only mode until you re-subscribe or delete them.
